The Test of Time?
Sika Sarnafil has already passed it! In 1999, Sika Sarnafil set out to “quantify and quality” how our oldest roofs in the United States were performing. We took test samples from 25 of our oldest roofs – located in all regions and a variety of climates – and surveyed 70 building owners whose roofs were between 15 and 25 years old (average age was 16 years). Test results provided by the National Research Council in Canada confirm that Sika Sarnafil’s high quality roof membranes can and do stand the test of time. Many of our oldest roofs are still performing well today!
